Is this an in-person festival?
Yes. The festival is held in person on the 15th of each month at SIM STUDIO Odaiba plus+ E STUDIO (3F Marusada Ariake Bldg., 2-14-4 Shinonome, Koto-ku, Tokyo), where award results are announced.
How are films selected?
After eligibility is checked, films are considered against the published evaluation criteria.
Which division applies at exactly 30 minutes?
A runtime of 30:00 belongs to the short division. Any runtime above 30:00 belongs to the feature division.
Can one film receive multiple awards?
Yes. The same film may receive more than one award.
When are nominations and award results announced?
Nominees are notified on the last day of the final-deadline month, and award results are announced at the in-person event on the 15th of the following month.
How are certificates verified?
Use the unique certificate identifier on the verification page. The public record does not expose private submission data.
What is the refund policy?
Submission fees are non-refundable except when the event is cancelled by the organizer or due to a natural disaster.
