Every film is reviewed against the published eligibility requirements and evaluation criteria.

1. Intake and eligibility
Runtime, screener access, entry details, required rights, and subtitles are checked.
2. Award-criteria review
Each film is considered against the criteria relevant to direction, writing, cinematography, performance, production, and the other awards.
3. Finalist selection
Award candidates are selected from each division and advanced to the final round.
4. Final selection
The shortlisted films are considered again before the winner of each award is selected.

5. Publication and notification
Results are announced on the official website at the end of the month, with certificates and laurels provided to winners.
