- The submitter must hold the rights required for review and any winner feature
- Dialogue in languages other than English or Japanese requires English subtitles

Fee and refunds
The submission fee is USD 40 per entry. Submission fees are non-refundable except when the event is cancelled by the organizer or due to a natural disaster.
Monthly deadline
The monthly intake window runs from the 21st of the previous month through the 20th at 23:59 JST.
