Fee and refunds
Submission fees vary by category, deadline, and FilmFreeway Gold membership status. Submission fees are non-refundable except when the event is cancelled by the organizer or due to a natural disaster.

Monthly deadline
Submissions open on the 20th of every month. The regular deadline is the last day of the following month, and the final deadline is the 20th of the second following month. Nominees are notified on the last day of that month, and award results are announced at the in-person event on the 15th of the next month. Deadline times follow the times displayed by FilmFreeway on the submission page.
